TantanganThis company really need to get themselves the basic needs of departments and stop the "independent and senses of belonging" b*llsh*ts. You can't just tell the staff that they need to take care every single equipments like they bought it for themselves with their own money. Eventhough they used it for operational purposes, those are still assets of company which it should be the company's full responsibility to take care the equipments - not the staffs that used it. This company really need three basic departments : Cleaning, Security and General Affairs. Once they settled it up, they'll be one of the best company you can look up to in this country.
