Micromanage all the sales people, managers are trained to do that cause the head of sales is poisonous! they wanna know every hour, how many leads we have followed up and sales team needs to be examined their whatsapp chat with clients. the best part, all levels members can take part in IELTS preparation. if you only have basic English and your classmate is advance, how can the teachers teach? using which "English", foundation English or Advanced English?? it doesn't make sense AT ALL, does it?. NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE for all!!! they accepts "ALL LEVELS STUDENTS" for the sake of money I guess.

WSE has trusted me with various positions, even without prior experience in those roles, allowing me the opportunity to learn and grow. My career has progressed steadily, accompanied by salary increases, for which I am very grateful. My supervisors have been incredibly supportive, and I have experienced no conflicts within my department. Overall, the salary offered here is competitive compared to other companies.
    TantanganSome of the challenges I’ve experienced while working at WSE Indonesia include the amount of work still done manually, despite having a system in place. Certain checks are still conducted manually, which increases the risk of human error.
