    Hal yang baikHRD conduct training soft skills and hard skill for their employee, they have incentive(shared service) benefits and housing also transportation. when in covids-19 they do Sembako/ basic foods for a month for their alumni employee, they have staff's sport's day event weekly, and employee can enjoy the attraction.
    Tantanganthe contracts for staff starts from 6 months, so if something happening in management like covid-19 situation that won't extend your service you need to find other job asap to back up.
