    Hal yang baikThe company has clear vision and clear guidelines to employees. Best starting place to fresh graduate to learn work ethics, discipline and get experience. While other IT Company invested in infrastucture and stuff, Timedoor invested heavily on employees. Timedoor Indonesia is Managed by Japanese, even we have parent office in Tokyo, this makes Indonesian who work here get so much views about other country management and working style.
    TantanganWork is always hard, Timedoor is always based on value and costumer view. Sometimes you will facing so many hurdles when delivering software or service that you did bigger than customer need because the management always wanted to give to customer bigger than they need

    Hal yang baik- The boss is very kind. - The environment is very great to start your journey. - The team you joined very welcome to you. - Don't need to afraid they teach you everything. - They have welcome party for you. - And don't forget to come to barbeque's party!
    Tantangan- Start up company always have challenge for you. - You will teach how to became sales even if you are programmer, this is very good for your future. - Must use English language, it's very difficult at start.
