Thermax is a good place to learn, especially for fresh graduates since they have a wide variety of products & technolgy.

Hal yang baikThermax has a wide range of products & technology to learn and to improve your knowledge, especially on energy & environment. Senior employees also would like to spare their time to teach whatever you would like to know about Thermax's technology. It's a pretty good company for fresh graduates, especially mechanical engineer who's interested in energy sector.

TantanganManagement of this company needs to be improved. For example, fresh graduates are welcomed in this company as engineering trainee. But in this trainee contract you're not given a proper schedule to guide you well in the trainee period. And also, there are no formal training session given by the company in your trainee period. Benefits are also poor for fresh graduates.
