The Asia Foundation seeks experienced candidates for Grants Team Leader position. The Asia Foundation manages multiple donor awards and implements its program through grants to local partners (on average 60-80 per annum, throughout Indonesia). Reporting to the Finance Director, the Grants Team Leader leads a 6-person Grants Team, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Foundation and Donor requirements. The Grants Team Leader will work directly with local partners, develop systems to analyze performance and design capacity building activities for partners and Foundation staff.
