Being able to be a trainee and to working as a Waitress, Barista and Bartender it taught me a lot of things, such as being brave to step up for others, the ability to understand other workers and help out if needed. and learn to be professional. Overallmy experience was a 10/10 for me Hal yang baiki learned alot of new things that i haet discovered, for example safety hazards and great communication skills. They taught me how to be in a team and how to be a leader or manager in training.
TantanganUs as individuals must be ready to face different challenges, what I've experince while training and working is that ready to deal with customers complaints and accect the fact that you've made a mistakes.
