Good to learn how to be flexible and depend om yourself

Hal yang baikSalary bit more than expectation. Day off bit more than usually officer staff. Easy to get our annual day offs. Lot of manpower in team, as long as we're close with upline, will be easier to let people move to help us.

TantanganNo strong vision and mission and guidline from mnagement. Unhealthy working environtment (ghibah all the time especially in marketing and finance and HR department). Finance matters that company has face nowadays. Working load i too much.
