    Hal yang baik lingkungan nya mendukung dan kompetitif. banyak fasilitas dari perusahaan: outing karyawan, buka puasa bersama, pesta tutup tahun, uang terompet, parcel lebaran, dll
    Tantangantekanan kerja cukup tinggi, jangan berharap kita bisa bersantai2 kalau kerja disini. tapi kerja karyawan diperhatikan manajemen

    Hal yang baikthe requirement to work here is not that big a deal.
    Tantanganbe careful of the politics here. people that boss liked will gain so much benefits. and if you being dislike by that people you might be dislike by the boss. the boss are woman. so depend on her mood. mostly bad mood. if you not wrong, welp you can be wrong. and if you wrong, you will be doomed. management is bad. unknown hrd after years i work here. only once get the bonus. but its just half a salary. but if you liked by the boss you can get 7x salary the main salary is small with many of facilties.
