• Skilled in Property Management field with almost 14 years in Managing Sentral Senayan Office Towers complex with 3 Highrise Buildings in keeping with International Property Management standard to sustain the long-term rental income of the buildings and Owner’s return on investment.
• Oversee all staffs, budget and operation of the local business unit as well as formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies also a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
• Initiate to retrofit the existing office tower building as well as implemented some new policy to encourage tenants participations in to get the Greenship Building Certification from GBCI.
• Initiate Energy Efficiency system in order to make the building more eco-friendly and safe the world resources energy.
• Create Solar Panel System in the roof top of building Annex Carpark to be distributed partially into the building electrical system panel through "off grade system" in order to support go green energy.
• Proficiency in use property management software with inhouse IT team developed call "PMS" (Property Management System Helpdesk)
• Reviewing/approving payable; preparing and administration budgets; preparing forecasts; explaining variances, invoices involving Accounting and Finance activities etc.
• Developing and implementing recommendations to position the property at its highest and best use. Supporting the work of Consulting Appraisal team preparing periodic valuations of the Property, including yield and/or rate of return analysis and five to ten years cash flow projections.
• Familiar with construction code and design criteria for modifications; reading plans and value engineering construction bids, and coordinating of tenant and capital improvements, including property renovations.
• Ensure and maintain the update of the Government Rules and Regulations in order to building compliance.
• Together with the Leasing & Marketing Office team to engage the new prospective tenants and also Maintained the existing tenants to stay more longer with Best Service and Relationship Program.
