    Sekolah Victory Plus is a school under Yayasan Pendidikan dan Bahasa Victory which was established on May 18, 1998 as the first IB school in Kota Bekasi.We seek faculty members who are dedicated, caring and passionate about their subject and excited by the prospect of working within a dynamic, diverse, internationally minded community. Open-minded and curious, our teachers make connections across disciplines. Classroom practices emphasize active collaborative learning. Our teachers support the development of Approaches to Learning skills which are specific skills that permeate the teaching and learning environment. Our classrooms are dynamic, safe, collaborative spaces that encourage personal and group inquiry based and concept driven learning. Professional development is an ongoing priority, as we strongly believe that a school flourishes when its teachers are themselves committed to lifelong learning. The majority of our faculty have a master’s degree or higher. We are an English speaking school and therefore we expect our staff to have a minimum IELTS score of 7. Diploma teacher recruits are expected to have as a minimum an IELTS score of 8.In short, our professional standards and expectations are high, and the support in place is substantial.     Hal yang baikIf you are looking for a new start, this is it. Staff members are friendly and supportive, management needs to work on some issues, but in a broader perspective this place develops and likes to give you challenges if you're up for them. Personally, I had my ups and downs in this school that shaped me and I benefit from these experiences.
    TantanganSurprisingly, the challenge is how to move on, as this place will be easily a comfort zone. You need to manage your expectation and brush your communication skill as well as learn to be diplomatic.

    TantanganDue to constant change of the workplace, there were sometimes unexpected tasks or responsibilities mandated by the school. The school is located in a crowded area of Kemang Pratama, Rawalumbu. During rainy season, flood is quite often.

    Hal yang baikYou can have supportive professional circle that motivate you to learn. The library is awesome, you can find good resources for teaching. Professional development is encouraged and facilitated. Leaders are mostly helpful to mentor you to grow.
    TantanganNoticeable different treatment of local and expatriate teachers in terms of salary, and facilities. The gap between the workload and salary was significant. Policy and actions given by management were mainly concerned with the demand from their clients. Thus, internal staff experience conflict with applying code of conduct.
