Strong position in the current market relative to its competitors, especially for a young (est. 2013) company, which is impressive. Another plus would be relatively flat (2-3 tier only) company structure owning to the fact it's a young company

- Getting flung around the country (could be a plus!)
- Flying out at 2AM and getting back at 11PM just in time to sleep and get to work the next day
- Super long meetings
- Sometimes having to decipher your manager's expectation yourself
