Great Coffee Company and a Great LeaderHal yang baikIt was a great experience to join this company as a Start up company, because as a Process Engineer Supervisor leading the engineering team from zero to create a culture and all the manufacturing plan and also execute it under an excelent Leader/Mentor, Mr. Johannes, is was my honour. my team was creating all the line processing project, planning all the mechanical part that has connection to production and warehousing, make it balanced between the speed and the goods quality! maybe because the number of the team and division are not complete when i joined the company, I also concurrently as a Coffee quality control back then. Also helping other Production Team to make the Material Handling Project.

i leave the company as on my own reason, because of my family need me in Jakarta to build a business he want.
Tantanganunfortunately i have to leave the company because my family need me in Jakarta to hold a Cafe he Gave to me. So the problem is maybe because it is far away from my neighborhood. but all of the management, system, the people are the best. Thankyou for having me there
