Hal yang baikPT Aplikasi Teknologi Sistem Indonesia is a division of ATS Global BV. I learn a lot here, especially how to work with global team. This was a great experience to learn something new, they have a good work ethic and excellence service with complex system. Even though they have more than 50 office across 25 countries around the globe, they can manage their team well.

TantanganFor me as someone who doesn't has any background related to IT, it was really challenging to learn and catch up with the rest of team. Some other challenges is when I had to communicate with global teams who doesn't use English as their primary languages, it's pretty hard to understand their accent.
