The company has been providing high quality IT products and services in various cities across the Indonesian archipelago as well as handling several outsourcing works from overseas clients. Praisindo has been able to list very prominent organizations and business among its clientele, which it self speaks for the quality of our works and the professionalism offered by the team.Our main business units are: Application Division, focusing on the IT, SI and software development works for the top tier financial services and manufacturing firms in Indonesia. Web Division, which handles Web Site/Internet Community Portal (ICP) Development and Management to mostly top-tier corporation in Indonesia. Praisindo’s culture is informal but professionally client-oriented.

A workplace full of learning, growth, and meaningful challenges.

Hal yang baikI gained a lot of valuable hands-on experience during my time at PT Praisindo Teknologi. The environment pushed me to learn quickly and independently, which helped me become more confident with various tools and documentation tasks. My colleagues were kind and supportive, and the HR team maintained a close relationship with employees. Overall, it was a place where I could grow and strengthen my foundation as a Business Analyst.

TantanganSome aspects were quite challenging. Guidance was sometimes minimal, so I often had to handle tasks independently without clear instructions. Important information from HR could be delayed, and internal policies changed quite frequently, which created confusion. Project management also needs improvement, sometimes the workload didn’t match the team’s actual capacity. There were also a few instances of late salary payments due to delayed project income, which is something the company should prioritize fixing. Additionally, a few leaders tended to avoid responsibility at times, which added pressure to the team.

I wouldn't recommend, unless you know how to play safe without confronting their working behavior or you haven't experiencing a positive working environment, and you really really have strong individual skills. Because although it is a team you won't feel that it is a team.

TantanganMicro-management, Toxic environment, no onboarding or introduction, no team play ,sometimes they command you to do the task without telling you any details. And you are expected to understand everything about the program or business flow even you are haven't got any experience on those field yet.
