an experience i dont want to repeat.Hal yang baikbig company (but doesn't mean it has good management)

Tantangan1. bad company environment, especially the senior employee. the new employee have to learn everything on their own.(no training at all)
2. unpaid overtime and useless overtime. just waiting admin dept to finish their work. even though other employees have nothing to do with it. yess...just waiting and wasting time at all...
3. unclear job description. this company has a delivery departement, but they don't do their job clearly. in the end, sales dept has to arrange all the delivery. and if there is a problem with delivery, sales dept is the first people to be blame.
4. high employee turnover in all dept. it means everything in this company not going well. the boss should think why....
5. sales admin has a bad attitude. they can't speak politely and it makes the work environment bad. maybe the boss/manager can give training to their admin how to behave and say well to everyone.
