ManufacturingSo far, there are more than 1000 employees are working for CDN in 2 manufacturing locations and two logistics centers in Huizhou and Zhongshan. The total area exceeds 100,000 square meters that provide a huge manufacturing capacity. More than 16 millions of products including customized items are produced every year.R&DNearly 90 experienced engineers are working for CDN and contributed they technology and experience to develop lots of efficient LED lighting products with accurate light distribution for our customers from both domestic market and overseas. Every year there are more than 200 products are launched. Moreover, a national level laboratory in CDN headquarters is supporting R&D and quality control.Our two ranges of products, BACH branded generation 3 downlights and Mayalit branded BEN track lights won the IF design award in 2017.QCCDN factories are running under ISO9001 quality control system, and ISO14001 environment management system is conducted as well. There are more than 60 employees are working in our QC department to make sure every product is shipped out with proper quality.
