    No matter you start your career, don't forget your personal goals.
    Hal yang baikVery nice salary & allowance, and it's increasing every fiscal year. There's yearly bonus as well (based on your KPI). Before I left, the company just become certified ISO, so the working environment is changing more good / positive enough for me. A lot of soft skill training (well, thank you). Very good business trip perks.
    TantanganStagnant career path (7 years, they not even consider to upgrade my grade after all I'd try so hard to prove myself to the company.. Well, luckily I got promoted somewhere else). I guess that's why some good employee (especially young generation) leaving the company. Lack of supports from my superior & team. Little regeneration in the management (mostly old..).
