    TantanganThis is a one man show company. There is no career opportunities if you are looking for career development. Highly changed system for working process every month. High turnover employees >40% in year 2021-2022. You have to do overtime >60 hours per week to get the target work design because of the lack consistency of the principal decision. Company never keep agreements as indicated as: salary promising probation, salary promising after 1 year, amount THR is not match with salary, no severance pay, work load is not matching with job description, paid leave, no contract if you're not asking. Verbal abused is a daily must, after that you will get chatime or beer for compesation sometimes if it was really bad. Bad mouthing between coworker.
