    Hal yang baik1. Senang bisa bertemu dengan banyak orang hebat mulai dari anak magang hingga rekan kerja satu tim dan tim lain. Namun sedihnya justru harus berpisah secepat itu dengan mereka 😭.
    Tantangan1. Banyak projek yang belum selesai dari sebelumnya. 2. Perlu belajar sendiri dan mandiri di site customer dengan minim supervisi dari atasan langsung di mana atasan juga belum tentu mengerti saat di tanya. 3. Deadline job yang mepet, kerja bisa sampai jam 6 pagi kemudian lanjut langsung kerja lagi paginya. 4. Banyak presure dari manajemen untuk memberikan kualitas terbaik dengan waktu sesingkat-singkatnya. 5. Sering berhadapan langsung dengan customer yang mana mereka tidak paham saat di tanya terkait data untuk kebutuhan development maupun maintenance. 6. Tidak ada uang lembur, hanya uang makan yang juga sulit untuk memaksimalkan nominal jatah yang di berikan. 7. Pekerjaan yang terlalu template, sehingga menimbulkan tekanan yang besar jika harus bisa belajar sendiri dan mandiri tetapi di satu sisi juga harus bisa menyesuaikan template pekerjaan yang sudah di buat sebelumnya dengan dokumentasi minim dan sangat kompleks. 8. Prioritas customer bank atau finance. Data sering terlalu besar bahkan hingga 1 miliar baris data dengan pipeline yang berantakan. 9. Perlakuan manajemen terhadap customer yang sangat timpang di banding engineer-nya sendiri (ytta).

    Fun place to work yet pretty stressful
    Hal yang baikwe have a very close bond within my team, especially between co-workers. on paper, the working hour is 8.30-17.30, but in reality, it was pretty flexible, you can come at 9.30 but you will need to adjust your working hour. the management also has a company event to build a bond between other team and other staff members, usually at least twice a year. here you also have a flexible working method, if you are hungry, you can basically postpone your job and go get something to eat and then continue your job while you eating. the superiors are also very generous in terms of your personal affair, like, if you are sick you can work from home, if you have something to do during working hours, you can tell your superiors and they will let you come late.
    Tantanganthe challenges would be: 1. very basic salary, most of the time you will need to work overtime, most of the time is like almost every day. since I'm from out of town, I need to rent a flat since it's not possible for me to do a round trip every day, with the salary they paid me with, I'm barely alive. 2. you will not get paid for overtime work, some times you will be needed to work overtime like over 7 PM to 2 AM because of an emergency request, and all you got is appreciation and a free "dinner" 100K max, but we can't really maximize 100K budget bcz our superior won't allow it, it will be like 300K for the whole team. 3. You can't really grow here, bcz all you do is follow orders from your superior, from the beginning you will be told to follow the "template", if there are some issues with the template, you will need to ask for approval from your superior to change the template and then it became the new template. 4. the administration and bureaucracy are very complicated, sometimes you will need to get a signature from a specific person, but that person suddenly out of the office 5. there is a snitch or rat on my team, this person likes to talk behind your back and snitching you without hesitate
