    Hal yang baikIn this company we are given choice to whether want to WFH or WFO, it is a great benefit for nowadays worker since we can get more work time-balance. Also there are clubs that we can join so we can interact with more people outside department. Since Mindo is foreign-owned company we also need to speak in english daily, without doubt if you are looking for awesome company Mindo is your choice!
    TantanganChallenges working for this company is that since my job revolved around department leaders and c-executive so when their requested quite a lot, it also quite a burden for us to handle them to finish within deadline.

    Hal yang baikLess stressful job. We have office outing twice a year, and division outing each month. Good salary and great bonus if we reach the target. We work as a family. The colleagues are very friendly and willing to help the newcomers.
    TantanganThe management responds issues slowly. Some of management system need to be better to accommodate increasing number of employees. Evaluation system need to be better and more fair. The employer should make better and transparent career development.

    Hal yang baikHealthy working environment. They have well structured team, with clear responsibilities for every developers. Newcomers are welcomed and Leads will help you most of the time. Although there's no mentoring system, You'll have little problem to blend in and ask advice. They have weekly meeting plus daily meeting for developers. Employee get quarterly bonus based on company performance, which give employee incentive to work harder. Oh, and they have good coffee.
