    Hal yang baik- Flexible working hours and work from anywhere which is more productive for me - Offer a lot of benefit like Mekari Flexible Benefit, Home Office Support, Self Development Training, Insightful Webinar and still a lot +++ to mention! - Great working culture (often held a fun event like townhall, division gathering, etc with a lot of prizes) - Supportive coworkers
    Tantangan- A fast paced environment so you have to catch up really fast, sometimes challenging sometimes a lit bit draining, also workload a lil bit high - Sometimes there's a sudden changes so we have to adapt fast, especially if we're about to implement the new systems

    TantanganWorking at a startup company be really daunting with so many unknown variables, not to mention the fast pace work/deadlines. The workload is heavy, we are expected to work around the clock to make sure everything is done, so stress and burnout are possible.

    Hal yang baik- People are helpful, especially teammates - Salary & benefits are great (and flexible) - Work from anywhere - Work are manageable - Great atmosphere & lot's of company events
    Tantangan- Working with legacy codebase and old technology can be daunting - So far no clear career path toward individual contributor, engineers are likely becoming team leader or management (EM, etc)

    Hal yang baikThere are so many rooms that I can improve as individual in Mekari, and the good thing is that my employer allows me to grow and guide me to learn things. Mekari also has lots of benefits for its employees. And one thing that is great is the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you get your work done!

    Tantangan- any reimbursement took so long to be approved - after got reimburse approval, its still took so long to get paid - low yearly salary increment - some of coworkers were not so friendly, so I'm lazy to reach them - no annual bonus for past 2 years yet Mekari acquired a startup - no stock option for ordinary considered employee
