Hal yang baikThe pay isn't bad it's still small for a lot of work many expats
Tantangan-Poor facilities - always saving power but not increasing staff salaries -expat are arrogant towards the local population, I want to talk to they don't. -The head cannot lead, just wait until the problem comes and just correct it, there is no leadership - many long term expat teachers left already -admin don't hear anything. make leaders solve the problem but leader was passive, speak slow but not kind, just like being leader not making leadership

Hal yang baikkolega kerja menyenangkan, banyak pengalaman baru, fasilitas bagus, perlu adanya komunikasi yang lebih baik lagi, terutama sistem. tetapi secara keseluruhan, tempat yang menyenangkan untuk bekerja
Tantanganminimnya komunikasi antar atasan yang menyebabkan sesama karyawan memiliki perbedaan persepsi yang terkadang mempersulit proses bekerja

Tantangan- a lot of political factors from the owners and old management staff, who does not have a bright minds at all - toxic environment - company regulation is not clear enough - they often to "fire" staff without notice - miss handled management - there are no spirits to growth - organization structure is not clear, job desk is not clear

Time is Roller Coaster
Hal yang baikEnglish is very very important whether we're local or foreigner. Chinese is the second important thing but it's okay even though we can't communicate in Mandarin then should be great in English. Working time is very strict, so it can build our dicipline and how to deal with "bored" when all the works done but can't go home because isn't the time yet.
TantanganCommunication is the first thing that really hard to bear. Even when the local is really good in English will also get difficulties if the foreigner can't or don't want to speak Indonesian. For works, there are some times that really busy and hectic but there also some times that really free so it's like Roller Coaster.
