    Hal yang baikSelama saya bekerja disini saya bisa mendapatkan kehidupan work life balance. Izin cuti mudah dan jarang diganggu ketika weekend. Dapat diskon khusus brand MAP, reimbursment tidak sulit. Cocok sekali untuk yang sudah ingin nyari kestabilan dan sudah tidak ambisius dalam bekerja.
    TantanganBirokrasi sangat kaku, pegawai dasar terkesan tidak dianggap, budaya korporat sangat kental, jam kerja tidak fleksibel, gaji dan tunjangan (bonus tahunan tidak selalu ada) kurang royal untuk perusahaan sebesar ini. Sulit sekali dapat promosi jabatan sehingga ga cocok untuk yg masih ambisius.
