My key responsibilities as customer resolution executive & documentation are within Third Party Logistics (3PL) Supply Chain Management scope of clients, specifically Value Added Services i.e. Intermodal, Customs Clearance and Brokerage for Export & Import (International Shipping & Trade) matters, arranging delivery & pre-execution affairs, maintaining constant and smooth communication remotely in relating premises e.g. vendors, ports, warehouses, container terminals. customs house, and so forth.
In addition, I and my team and continuously adapting and complying to ever-changing regulations and upliving the high company's standards, under the new Cargo Delivery team after recent merger from some of Damco functions into One Maersk. Analysing, testing and implementing new systems, process, methods or solutions as a way to pursue Lean & attain Kaizen in any aspect.
