All materials are fully prepared from Central, and you can modify the lesson based on your classes. No need to work too hard on the material planning. Teammates are sometimes awesome.
TantanganManagement basically isn't appreciating human beings. They will threaten you to leave if you're unhappy with things inside. They could ignore your right to get paid leave because we're 'customer centric' and should only think about customers even when you're sick. Sometimes you're scheduled to work 7 days for a week, with minimum compensation or none at all (esp. if the target isn't reached).
Working hour is 6 days a week, not including the reports, grading and planning. Those are basically volunteering and not counted as your working hours. Good luck.
