She's the most active but she doesn't know how to listen to her employees and, how to be a leader, how to manage a business. She might not be screaming but she's a hypocrite, a liar and she can't and won't relate to another human being other than herself. She will look for your tiniest mistake just so she can find a reason to cut your salary. This company is losing money and I assure you, you wouldn't get any raise or bonus. Just go find another company that is more eligible.
