Working with over 50,000 farmers and 2000 food artisans, selling over 600 premium artisan food products, JAVARA is currently known as the leading social enterprise in Indonesia that works with a vast range of biodiverse community-based organic food products using ethical principles.Prior to JAVARA, Helianti founded a number of social enterprises in Indonesia. Her signature brand, JAVARA, is one of Indonesia’s leading purveyors of artisanal products. Originally trained as a lawyer who advised the Indonesian government on intellectual property development, Helianti was also a rural economic development consultant for international development organizations. Inspired by the wealth of Indonesia’s biodiversity and the dedication of the indigenous farmers, Helianti brings her passion for community-based business and expertise in agribusiness to grow her social enterprise to the next level.

    Hal yang baikGood working environment, good people, good values, and good food! When I worked here, I learn new things especially about food and sustainability. The people in this company is enjoying their day-to-day work. Of course the pressure is high, just as in many growing companies, however, everybody knows that they're working for a greater cause which making them even more motivated in fulfilling the progress.
    TantanganThe system is not really well established. The management is struggling to build the company focus. Lack focus on building profit-oriented business strategy. Yes, we will learn many things there as an individual, gain many friendships with the people around, but from the company perspective, it's really difficult to expect growth in terms of business. Well, that might also be a trade-off for social-businesses like this company.

    Hal yang baiksangat nyaman dan menantang, dimana kita setiap hari dihadapkan dengan sesuatu yang baru namun tetap dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, bersama rekan kerja lainnya yang sangat kekeluargaan, serta mendapat banyak sekali pelajaran dan pengalaman yang berharga, dimana kita dapat mengetahui tentang budaya indonesia dan makanan-makanan sehat khas nusantara, serta mendapat fasilitas karyawan yang sangat mumpuni.
    Tantangantidak ada, mungkin kesulitan hanya pada akses jalan ke kantor yang agak sulit karna berada di kawasan padat di kota jakarta, selebihnya tidak ada, bekerja di sini sangat menyenangkan.
