In 1984, our production sales reached the No. 1 in the USA. Coincidently, exactly 100 years ago thousands of beautiful cherry trees were brought to America and planted there by Dr. Jyoukichi Takamine, a world famous scientist born in Toyama, and by then Tokyo Mayor, Mr. Yukio Ozaki.
