I appreciate the experience because of the clients I handled and my direct supervisor who is a nice person, but the management needs to improve themselves to be more affectionate as human beings and enhance the internal system.Hal yang baikThe only good thing about Iris Jakarta is the working environment and all the employees who work there (not the management level). They communicate well and everyone is nice to each other.
TantanganThe workload is too much to be bear by one person. It is also different from the jobs that they shared in the beginning when we both signed the contract. The management levels do not take their team's insights seriously about workload and mental health. The junior and manager levels work hard to the bone while the directors and head department are not helpful about clients' work at all. In the end, they laid off the employees they thought they couldn't work with or handle well.
