In the first year under the name PT. Aula Graha (now PT. Intersolusi Indonesia) focused its effort exclusively on recruiting and training domestic helpers who wanted to work to Singapore and Malaysia. A Training centre was built to meet the requirement of Indonesia Labors Department. Before leaving to their destination country, all the domestic helper must be trained and take an examination in several subjects, like housekeeping, cooking, babysitting, take care elderly and language, so that they are really ready to work. Soon the company philosophy of “hard work and guaranteed customer satisfaction” help to expand the company market to Taiwan and Hong Kong. Recently this company is also recruiting factory workers for above country. Until now PT. Intersolusi Indonesia already sent more than 2,000 ( two thousand) maids in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia.
