    Hal yang baikBanyak training yang bisa diambil, terlebih perusahaann ini adalah 100% milik IBM. Karyawan juga bisa mendapat banyak pengalaman kerja di JTI. Kita bisa training online (tentunya gratis :) ), kapanpun kita mau dan ada waktu. Juga ada training wajib yang harus diambil setiap karyawan.. Biasanya mengenai security data dan keamanan ID kita.
    TantanganSaya agak telat mengambil training2 di sini, karena kesibukan. Apalagi training2 yang disediakan gratis dan bisa menunjang karir karyawan ke depannya... :)

    Hal yang baikBerkerja di perusahaan Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM adalah kesempatan yang cukup baik jika tujuan utama hanya untuk belajar. Kalian akan memulai karir dengan mempelajari banyak sekali ilmu baru dan pengalaman baru, namun harus mengorbankan waktu istirahat kalian Sebagai informasi tambahan, Jasa Teknologi Informasi IBM ada berbeda dengan IBM Indonesia, jadi jangan terlalu tinggi dalam ber ekspektasi.
    TantanganTantangan saat berkerja di Jasa Teknologi Informasi adalah perjalanan menuju karyawan tetap yang cukup sulit, karena tidak banyak yang memiliki kesempatan menjadi karyawan tetap, sehingga kalian akan memilih untuk meninggalkan perusahaan tersebut dan memulai karir di tempat yang lebih baik dan lebih pasti. Sebagai informasi tambahan, tidak sedikit karyawan yang sudah di kontrak lebih dari 7 tahun

    Hal yang baik- Supportive team members and managers for career progression. - Challenging projects to work with various business cases and stakeholders involved in each project. - Good insurance and health reimburse coverage.
    Tantangan- Sometimes due to project deadlines, working hours can get into 60 hours per week. But after the project done, we can get more free time. - Long contract period and difficult to become full-time employee.
