Hal yang baik- friendly senior lawyers who are willing to teach the fresh graduates and involve them in the field to obtain high exposure both in the litigation and corporate practice - flexible working hours and chill working environment - many complicated international legal matters which is good experience for fresh graduates

Tantangan- average salary and very minimum health insurance benefit - the firm does not invest on its lawyers for personal and professional development - partners of the firm rarely conduct work assessment/evaluation on its employees therefore reducing the employees chance to improve - office is very old and needs refurbishment

Hal yang baik- The first law firm that is able to give me the opportunity to rise to my current rank; - Very lax in its working hour.

Tantangan- Over centralized in decision making; - Stiff work environment; - Very low salary and very minimum benefit; - Lack of participation (if any) in giving the lawyers the opportunity to attend legal workshops and seminars severely reduces its lawyers to gain any form of exposure.
