Lots of foreign workers from several countries which creates challanges in communication. To ensure all quality aspects are in higher level from other competitor brands so that Goodyear brand can win in any customer espectations

    My Internship Experience (2007-2008)
    Hal yang baik1) Aside from salary, the benefit is generously distributed. Example, coupon or subsidized meal in canteen, active recreational activities for staffs etc. 2) Really walk the talk in ensuring quality of product, from top to bottom management, with an almost American employer style.
    Tantangan1) Most the main machines or equipments are technologically outdated and need so much improvement for optimization. Always encounter short downtime. However this review is based on 2007-2008 period. 2) Executive level personnel are always busy with with so many efforts in improving quality
