Boundaries and Management IssuesHal yang baikEntry level employees are relatively having light to medium work load. Freelancers (videographer, contributing writers, and event management people) are being paid in a good amount of money per project.
Most senior employees are people who already been working there for decades (they're not happy though, maybe they choose to stay only for the monthly salary)
TantanganThe company is lacking vision and focus, also expecting too many things while the team member and resources are VERY limited. Most people in this company is also having this lack to inability to see what is really happening in digital industry, while the developer team are seems to be unwilling to improve anything that is being their responsible. These are some things that makes working here feels like running on a wheel without going anywhere forward. They also have this idea that working in media industry today means employees have to be willing to do multiple specializations, while what I see is a very unprofessional, bad team management, and unwilling to hire a proper team. They don't provide laptop, reimbursement or private health insurance, and no annual bonus as well. Last but not least, expect no boundaries because even on weekends or midnight or midnight on weekends, employees will get a text or call about work.
