    Hal yang baikit's not about how smart you are, it's about how you blend in and adapt well to the team. The team environment is warm and welcoming. although I'm new to the role, they are welcome to teach me well and spare time for my development The CEO is very open to feedback. He is there anytime you need him. He is humble, open to feedback, and able to influence the team in his own way. He created a very family office environment. Oiya ... the things that I love most they still have a hybrid work-mode. and they have scheduled for excessive together every week. Such a live balance life.
    Tantanganwe have a limited number of employees, but because we are in a small team. It's easier to manage and understand each team's style. the office management and the project management were messy at first. But the management team is very open to feedback, they improve it very well. Now, things are on track. it's not perfect yet, for sure. but it continues to improve.

    Tantanganlike a startup, the workload is large because there are not too many human resources, but it is covered by the work of a team that is structured and standardized and uses the latest management methodology (Agile Methodology) so that difficulties are not felt too much if we really intend and work hard. advice, don't forget the basic responsibilities we have.
