    Hal yang baikI learn a lot here, from zero and don't understand anything, I can be knowledgeable and experienced HR person. In my 8 years or service, I experienced a lot of job rotation that can enrich my knowledge & experience. And I see that in this company, there's so much opportunity to get a good career challenge here. Colleagues were kind & caring person, I got many friends & network, and feel very grateful for that.
    TantanganUncertain workload, sometimes too many things to do until overwhelm when there are projects, report, user support, colleagues support, and ad hoc report in the same time. Sometimes when low workload, feel guilty when not do anything. Many things and details of every track record of data, employee history, and reports to remember, high stress pressure. You need to get good perception by top management if you want more career. You also need clear KPI & Goal and reviewed monthly with your superior to improve your career & benefit in this company. You need to be patient if you get double job & role because it will be beneficial for your future career.
