BION was legally established as PT Dunia Dinamika Jaya on August 8th,2008, with 3R as the brand. 3R stands for Rental, Replenish & Repair : the three main services PT Dunia Dinamika Jaya provides to the customers. These are due to the history of the company, where the founder, starting his business back in 1999. His competence was a Professional Property Agent for Sale and Rental. Looking at the founder behaviour toward personal touch, 3R was started to be focused on expatriates management.
