A mixed bag of comfort and disdain.Hal yang baikThe work environment is not what I imagined a financial services company work environment would be. Since this is a Japanese-owned company, the company culture values collectivism and the greater sum rather than individualism and sticking out. thus, you won't see backstabbing, black campaigns, or other dirty workplace practices other more competitive places might have.
TantanganIf you're looking for good career progression , I'm sorry to say that this isn't the place for you. This company rewards those who stay in the long run rather than those who excel at what they do and are aiming for the top. You will often meet people who have been with the company since the late 90s / early 2000s. Salary is also an issue, depending on your viewpoint. If you are a graduate from top tier University (ITB, UGM, UI, etc) stay away from this place because they can't afford you (with all due respect to those not from said universities). You'd be lucky to start with 5 Million in this place.
For reference, I have worked in the company for more than half a decade, my starting salary was 4,3 Million, and now it's a little above 5,5.
