    Hal yang baikbig boss watching you, you will learn in multicultural environment and you will hear people speak English and chinese. Good if you want to practice
    Tantanganneed to fill the daily target that's a bit unrealistic. At the end of the day, all the sales do the wrong thing to force people to download the application to fill the target. I somehow feel guilty after they download it. And the karma is works, now people keep force me to download app that I dont need, or fill form that I dont need, wasting mytime, I hope this will end soon. Compare to akulaku, the requariment to apply the loan is way too much, and the possibility to get approved is likely 80 percent even if you give a valid data. They reject our prospect without valid reason (That's what I tought). There is no such as team leader even when they said that they are team leader because the leader didnt benefit from new sales. You will go in the jungle by yourself with no clear instruction and you will relaize what exactly you are doing in just couple of days and found out something is wrong. They keep fired people one by one, and wont give you salary in the day that you didnt achieve yourtarget. I was receiving half of mysalary because of this. So just watch out before you wasting yourtime, if you not really into sales. The commision distributed on 10 every month, if you resign before that you might not get it. And it is pretty hard to get like a small commission. Biggest commision for new sales, ain't gonna happen. Looks like you need to speak Chinese and English to be a city manager and a University degree, so for those high school graduated, don't waste yourtime

    TantanganSistem selalu berubah-ubah semaunya atasan, insentif susah bahkan mustahil didapat, Dan yg paling parahnya ini perusahaan mendekati masa probation di cut semua (perusahaan jelas mau cari aman), di monitor abis bahkan tiap hari hrus share live location!
