    TantanganWell, like other new born companies, there are a lot of aspects that could be improved. If you acquire Mandarin skill, it would be an advantage here. But if you don't, you still can communicate using English.

    Hal yang baikAs startup, this place have plenty experiences to get. Fellow co-worker here support each other. The company also want to improve you, by providing trainings, such from leadership training to skill traiinng such as languange training or other skill set training.
    TantanganThe challenge mainly is the language, as the main parent company is from Mainland China, you need to have good mandarin, if you want to achieve higher position and salary. The other thing is audit process, from Finance Audit, Association Audit and Regulator Audit.
