    A good company to start your career with, because there are many challenges and opportunities you can get in this company, but on the other hand, the benefits you will receive are relatively standard and tend to be minimal.
    Hal yang baikHaving a supportive team can be a significant advantage when working here. Additionally, the Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy is highly beneficial for employees, allowing them to work from anywhere and saving on expenses.
    TantanganYour position can be unstable, and you may be transferred to another division without your approval, receiving a job that you may not like. The human resources management policies from the executive level are not very effective and are primarily driven by current needs rather than considering the skills of each individual.

    For you who are interested as field workers; field officer; or even just coming with bachelor of agriculture background, , DO NOT consider this company

    TantanganThe management system is unstable. One day you might find yourself in a division with a clear work order and partner to assist you, but not for long you will be replaced to another division with some confusing and high workload without any partner to assist you and an experienced direct manager to lead and supervise you. In the same time (at the field) you must make a rightful-yet not fatal decision with no one to discuss. Not to mention that every kind of operational budget that you need in the field are always choked to it's minimum level, not so liquid, and have a strict approval for the operational budget settlement or approval. So sometimes you have to use most of your savings just to make you able to do your job in the field. The trainings they have only contribute less than 1% for every components you will have or do in your job.

    crowde wil always develop and become a good company, if you want to working in here, better you request contract with PKWTT or PKWT
    Hal yang baikthe very friendly working environment, I love working in here you can talk to everyone so friendly. - CEO is very friendly - leader is friendly
    Tantangan- weirdly whenever meeting comes it like everyone really friendly, after meeting, they just care what they want to do. - never consistent with the task, prioritize and goal - political challenge, it is like you will feel the difference and group of people after 4 months - poor management - you will have many challenges from HR - I was working with another startup before with the seed phase, and the CEO is really close with us, and also telling about matrix and stuff, this comp CEO, I dunno looks weak.

    TantanganBad Management, Always Make decision only based personal opinion, even Someone I know got cut off because of they cant pay her/him even tough they just hijacked them from other company a month before, So its basically destroying other people carrier opportunity. please dont ever consider this company From my own experience they even cant reimburse too many reasoning, and i got cut off after 6 month less without proper reason, and there's so many stupid decision make by management that i cant share here

    Hal yang baikCROWDE is P2P lending with a crowd-funding concept. This company is still developing. You may find yourself challenged, or maybe too chill. CROWDE has flexible working hours and that could mean bad and good at the same time. Still growing management means you may find yourself loaded with work that may not suit your first contract, but would still be similar with you base department job description. Also, you may yourself with nothing to do as well. If you are a self-starter and want to help farmers and Indonesian's Agriculture, this place is right for you. But if you want the super loaded and fast pace, you should find another company.
    TantanganYou gotta be a self-starter and kind of a cheerful one. You may have to be able to work in the unassigned desk because here we have an open office concept. Generate ideas and open discussions for a full experience.
