    Suitable place for Fresh graduate to gain Knowledge and experience
    Hal yang baikBased on dept. My dept have a good teammates and good manager. Always help each others when facing issue. You can get as much to enhance and develop some technical or soft skill because all of them very helpful to guide and share knowledge. For sure you need to deliver and ensure all job can fix within time manner . Working environment just nice but still based on your manager and your colleague.
    TantanganVERY SLOW salary increment(avg increment rm100-150 based on your manager). Beside that, they don't practice revise your salary when change job position. So beware ya, if you want to jump to another dept. Annual Bonus max just 1month but rarely got it.

    TantanganWorking environment just nice but most of time you need to work long hours and sometimes need we need to backup each others especially on weekend or when system suddenly having issue where cause ticket flood like no tomorrow. VERY LOW increment (avg increment rm100-150) because you need to take care few project. Beside that nothing you can put high expectation to Annual Bonus? hahaha
