    many things can be improve
    Hal yang baiksince there is a new building set up, many things can be an improvement project. productivity, quality, etc. good support idea and budgeting for this project. as long as you can give clear concept and idea.
    Tantanganyou waste the time for always going back late due to additional jobs and no prioritize urgency. no clear guidance and support from the direct manager. and it happened almost every single day. No overtime event on the contract is mention can claim overtime.
