Hal yang baikThere's no event pic for teachers. So you can focus on your subject materials. School provide breakfast, lunch, health allowance ~150k/month for vitamin, glasses, or mask.

TantanganSince it's already 20 years, many teachers are senior and have a children studied there. Some of them did not perform professionalism, and using their position to change something for the sake of their children. HRD just listening without any solution, since all the decision comes from HoS.

the life between working and having interaction among teachers and students make you feel like home.

Hal yang baikEach person is assisted to grow and enhances their both soft hand hard skills in someways. The assessment time helps each staff to grow more than before. Even though the workloads are somehow a lot, but then you get to embrace each different moment being there. The supervisors definitely try get the best of each person's out, and not really focus on spreading anyone's weaknesses. The interactions with the students and parents area also developed somehow, just like a family based school.

TantanganManaging the workload, doing my best, and still have less stress due to balancing improving personal's knowledge and weakness, being more creative as a teacher, and also being there for the students or other fellow teachers somehow.
