The house got extensively published in both local and international publications (Japan, Singapore, America) and received the 1993 Ministry of PU I.A.I. (Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia) award for design excellence.Since then PT. Bias has experienced continual growth and has expanded it’s repertoire to include Apartment towers, Office blocks, Residential complexes, Real Estate, Hotels (City and Boutique), Boutique Townhouses and the occasional special house.The company based in Jakarta, Indonesia, currently employs 50 people comprising professional architects, draftspersons, administration and field supervision staff.PT. Bias Tekno office produces drawings using the latest drafting technology. The office is well equipped for the production of documentation using a range of design and drafting software and techniques tailored to suit particular projects.The constancy services offered by the company include design and documentation of:• Architectural / Building design• Conceptual Landscape design• Conceptual Masterplanning• Interior designOver the years Bias Tekno has worked with and developed links with several local and international consulting offices in order to utilize their specialized skills for specific projects and also to maintain an international standard in our work.These include Quantity Surveyors, consultants in Mechanical & Electrical engineering, Structural engineering, Site engineering, Landscape, Traffic, Lighting, Marketing, Retail and others, depending upon the requirement of the project.We have available to us this international team of consultants which can assist any client from the conception of the project to it’s final documentation. As a company we have also worked as part of in-house teams with developers from the determination of the final terms of reference, tender documentation, choice of contractor, to the final completion of the project.The office also has a department for interior design which has been involved in numerous projects as consultants as well as design-build contractors.
