PT Asia Quattro Net (AQN) is a Solution Integrator company based in Indonesia. Since it is founded in May 2005, the company has successfully implemented, integrated, and deployed several mobile Value Added Services (VAS) platforms and solutions in some of mobile operators in Indonesia, i.e. XL, Indosat, HCPT, NTS Indonesia.AQN has been focusing since its establishment in the area of VAS Mobile platforms and solutions, representing the technology partners who are strong in each own area and integrating it into solution offerings to mobile operators in Indonesia. Most if not all installations are non-single solutions or integrated solutions.With high spirited and talented young team lead by experienced pioneer of VAS in Indonesia that used to work in a mobile operator, AQN providing full service of 7x24 hour Technical Support to its customer as the first round-the-clock layer of contact, equipped with tools that in-house developed e.g. AQNNMS (Monitoring), ARMS (Reporting), ATOM (Trouble Ticketing), and ‘can-do’ mentality as well as close relationship with all layers of its customers.Furthermore, during project implementation, its team who has high mobility and strong customer relationship, but strong sense of project management, can support its partner crossing the barrier of cultural differences. Since local culture is unique. The strength in integration design, project management, local 1st – 2nd tier Technical Support, and end-end VAS knowledge bring AQN successfully in several project deployments e.g. GPRS/3G/HSDPA roaming, MMS IO, RIM Connectivity (Aicent), Device Detection/Management, OTA Device Configuration (WDS Global, Insignia, Intelix), Service Delivery Platform for 2G/3G, 3G PS VAS platform (Inphosoft), 3G CS Video Platforms, i.e. Video Gateway, Video Portal, Video Mail, Video Conference/Call Center, Video Call Completion etc. (Dilithium, Glenayre, Polycom), Mobile ERP (Inphosoft) etc.In 2006, AQN has pioneering Managed Services model whereby investing, operating, managing and maintaining the systems on behalf of operators. That helping operators to leave the burden of the system maintenance & operations, managing various contents and portals and only concentrating on time to launch to market and its business result only, without exposing upon risk of investment and resources to run it. This is successfully help Excelcom and Indosat to launch its 3G services in rapid deployment. It includes 3G VAS Platforms together with all components as its Service Delivery Platform, Content Management System, PS WAP Portal, CS Video Portal, CS Transcode Gateway, Video Mail, Video Conference, Video Call Center, MobileTV, and keep adding more by the time this is written.In 2005 and upgraded at 2007, AQN has successfully deployed Device Detection/ Management and OTA Device Configuration, with its new design of system that is 1st in the world by deploying Corrective Action method of Network Detection an additional to installed EIR based Network Detection. Having this capability ensure operators leave the worries the subscribers failed in accessing 2.5G and 3G due to handset is not yet setting. Since based upon AQN experience the Web and SIM based still not guaranteeing the subscribers setting the correct one into the handset, without subscriber proactively setting it. AQN is also actively promoting OSS/BSS solutions, ranging from Network Management Reporting solutions, convergent billing, up to profiling server and the whole range of Mobile marketing value chain.Almost all AQN partners are regarding AQN as the preferred and exclusive partners for Indonesia deployment, thus ensuring long term support and excellence deployment to the operators.In 2009 AQN successfully deployed EIR enhancement for SIM box blocking project in XL, which is crucial to handle network fraud by SIM boxes. In 2010, we deployed Mobile Internet Proxy in XL, which has helped XL to increase capacity more than triple in 2 months time while ensuring reliability and scalability. The MIP is based on Mobixell Seamless Access platform which is a Multiservices platform for Mobile internet VAS and connectivity.
