Having this capability ensure operators leave the worries the subscribers failed in accessing 2.5G and 3G due to handset is not yet setting. Since based upon AQN experience the Web and SIM based still not guaranteeing the subscribers setting the correct one into the handset, without subscriber proactively setting it. In 2010, we deployed Mobile Internet Proxy in XL, which has helped XL to increase capacity more than triple in 2 months time while ensuring reliability and scalability. The MIP is based on Mobixell Seamless Access platform which is a Multiservices platform for Mobile internet VAS and connectivity.
