Kerja disini seperti lagi main sama temen kuliah. Jam kerja flexible, kerjanya hybrid, banyak jajanan kalo udh sore, musik makin kenceng terutama kalau kerjaan makin banyak hehehe. One of my best workplace experience I must say. Terima kasih atas kesempatannya

    Hal yang baikArkadia Works is not only a great place to work, but also a great place to improve for career advancement and a great place to just simply having fun. The team here is mostly young people with informal style of work. The management always told me to grow, from time to time, and to be the best in the industry. The team always supporting me in delivering the works done.
    TantanganThough I realized that there's no 100% smooth in project delivery, but I can say that the works assigned to me is really exciting with great support from peoples around me. If I make a mistake, the management gives us space to grow and learn from the experience, and give us chance to learn from monthly sharing session.
