As an HRGA at PT Amarta Jaya Telekomindo, I navigated the challenges of balancing HR and general affairs tasks, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a safe work environment, all while developing strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Hal yang baikWhen working as an HRGA, what I enjoyed the most was the opportunity to connect with people on both a professional and personal level. I found it fulfilling to support employees through various stages of their careers, from recruitment to resolving workplace concerns. I particularly enjoyed the challenge of balancing HR tasks with the operational aspects of general affairs, like ensuring the office ran smoothly and efficiently. Collaborating with the HSE team to promote a safe and healthy work environment was another rewarding aspect, as it allowed me to make a tangible impact on employees' well-being.

Balancing Multiple Responsibilities: Managing both HR and General Affairs tasks required strong time management and organizational skills.
