Tantangankenaikan gaji sangat kecil; bonus sangat kecil (tidak pernah lebih dari 1x gaji); adanya uang harian yang harus di ambil setiap tanggal 5 tiap bulannya. apabila datang terlambat- uang tersebut akan hangus

knowing about campaign give me point of view from a lot aof aspect that deals with it such as data, digital, broadcasting and management of campaign.
Hal yang baikgain knowledge and make me learn deeply about loyalty and digital industry. also, give me insight about what is the clients want for their marketing strategy especially in campaign and data. learning the comparison between indonesia and regional in the process of executing campaign is something that i can take from this company since it is multinational company that have clients from regional country.
Tantangansometimes make a mistake in the process of executing campaign that will lead to the disadvantages for the company. therefore, i was demanded to be so perfect in executing all the long process of campaign.
